Sigiriya Rock – World Heritage
A magnificent rocky mountain with a height of 150 meters appearing unexpectedly in the middle of a jungle. On the top of the mountain, there are the ruins of a palace built by King Kasyapa in the latter half of 5th century. You can see lotus channel and also visit widely well-known bright Fresco Art (Sigiriya Lady) to look around the grandeur of nature in Sri Lank from the top.
 
Anuradhapura Ruin – World Heritage
Anuradhapura, where the first dynasty was built in Sri Lanka. It is famous for the Bodhgaya linden tree, which the Buddha was spiritually awakened under.
 
Dumbulla Cave Temple – World Heritage
Known as the Golden Temple of Dambulla, and it is the largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka. The rock towers 160m over the surrounding plains.
 
Kandy –World Heritage
Kandy is the ancient capital for last dynasty of Sri Lanka. There are a lot of colonial architecture which was built during British colonial period, also man temples such as Temple of the Tooth Relic were dotted in the city.
Temple of the Tooth Relic – known as Dalda Maligawa is located in the city of Kandy. It is one of the most sacred Buddhist pilgrimage sites and houses the sacred tooth of Lord Buddha. The tooth was said to be taken from the flames of Buddha’s funeral pyre in 543 BC and was smuggled into Sri Lanka during the 4th century AD, hidden in the hair of princess.
 
Galle –World Heritage
Galle reached the height of its development in the 18th century, during the Dutch colonial period and the best example of a fortified city built by Europeans in south and Southeast Asia, showing the interaction between European architectural styles and south Asian traditions.
 
Dumbulla Cave Temple
From 11th to 13th century, the Renaissance happened in Sri Lanka and various giant constructions were built. The most famous construction is Gal Vihara where three Buddha statues stand in a row. You can see all of a Statue of a standing figure, a Statue of a sitting figure and a Statue of Nirvana at once.
 
Ayurveda 
Ayurveda is the traditional medicine of India, which originated there over 5,000years ago, Ayurveda emphasizes re-establishing balance in the body through diet, lifestyle, exercise, and body cleaning, and on the health of the mind, body , and spirit. Ayurveda is very well known in Sri Lanka as well, they use traditional herb which grown in Sri Lanka.
 
Food 
Curry with chicken or fish are favorite dishes for lunch and dinner in Sri Lanka as well as several other curries made with vegetables, lentils and even fruit curries. Serving many kinds of curry into one big plate is poplar style. Sri Lankan people use spices liberally in their dishes and typically do not follow an exact recipe; thus, every cook’s curry will taste slightly different.
